Introduction

We worked in partnership with JLL and Churchill to implement the Clean Zero chemical free cleaning system in within The Porter Building, Slow due to JLL’s commitment to providing a healthier environment for their employees and clients.

Clean Zero is a chemical free cleaning solution that is used for all daily cleaning tasks on water washable surfaces at The Porter Building. Clean Zero doesn’t alter existing cleaning processes as it is dispensed in various forms including hand sprayers, mopping systems and scrubber driers. It excels in cleaning and the reduction of bacteria, creating a cleaner workplace environment. Clean Zero is residue free.

Tap water is passed through seven stages of unique micro-filtration to remove the following elements: common bacteria’s, chlorine, natural minerals and grit and other inorganic compounds such as calcium.

The final stages of filtration create the Clean Zero product. The composition of the Clean Zero is instable and when passed over surfaces, it therefore absorbs dirt and bacteria to gain stability.

The result is a clean, streak free surface with reduced bacteria levels. The performance of Clean Zero in The Porter Building is regularly monitored by AdenosineTri-Phosphate (ATP) testing.
