Introduction
Four strategic locations were chosen to undertake the ATP testing and to gauge levels of dirt and contamination present before and after using the Clean Zero system. The results from the first test are shown below.
The ATP Scale
Our ATP testing gives us a cleanliness score, enabling us to test the effectiveness of our products. The levels of cleanliness can be seen in the table opposite.
We carried out 3 tests to gauge the effect of using Clean Zero over a period of 3 months.
Clean Zero Testing
Cost Saving
Most clients are depreciating the capital cost of Clean Zero cabinets over a 5 year period, which equates to around £42 per month. Filter costs are averaging less that £20 per month based on medium use sites with typical incoming water readings. A medium use site would be a typical high end central London office building.
Therefore any site spending more than £62 per month on daily use chemical would not only receive all the benefits of Clean Zero, but would also reduce costs.
The data below shows the average monthly spend on chemicals at each of the five Deutsche Bank sites.
Conclusion.
Based on the average monthly cost of using Clean Zero as a replacement for the above chemicals, an overall saving of £1283.20 would be reached. If Clean Zero was installed at 10 Upper Bank Street, the ZigZag Building, Brinley Place and 1 Appold Street, the combined savings would equate to around £5000.00.
